Cathy Buck is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in residential property work at our Haverhill office. She joined the firm in 1993 as a trainee Legal Executive before qualifying as a Fellow (FCILEx) of the Institute of Legal Executives (now Chartered Institute of Legal Executives) and then as a CILEX Practitioner in May 2026. Cathy is able to assist with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of a wide range of properties, including buy-to-let, new builds and shared-ownership properties. Cathy is also able to advise on transfers of equity, re-mortgages, the granting of easements (including prescriptive easements), and adverse possession.
Hobbies and Interests: Outside of work Cathy enjoys reading, long walks in the countryside and attending exercise classes.
