She joined the firm in 1993 as a trainee Legal Executive. She completed her ILEX Part 1 at Cambridge Regional College in 1995, her ILEX Part II at Chelmsford College and became a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1999 (now Chartered Institute of Legal Executives)
